Payment is made using the secure SagePay system and payment is for the total costs of the item(s) plus shipping. No financial data is stored on our website.
Transactions are in £GBP
If purchasing items from outside the UK, you may be liable to additional conversion fees due to exchange rates.
Orders will not be processed unless the payment process has been completed.
The cost for items will shown as including VAT at the prevailing rate in the UK (20%) and you will see a full breakdown of costs and VAT at the checkout.
Upon completing your order, you will receive confirmation that CABE has received your order and this will include a VAT breakdown.
Delivery within the UK will be through a Royal Mail Signed For service.

Deliveries will be sent Signed For using Royal Mail’s services
- Royal Mail Signed for First Class: £2.50 on orders up to 250g
- Royal Mail Signed for Second Class: £2.20 on orders up to 250g
- Royal Mail Signed For First Class: £4.50 on orders between 251g and 1kg
- Royal Mail Signed For Second Class: £4.00 on orders between 251g and 1kg
- Royal Mail Signed For First Class: £7.00 on orders between 1001g and 5kg
- Royal Mail Signed For Second Class: £5.50 on orders between 1001g and 5kg
Orders over £25 are entitled to free shipping to a UK address.
Deliveries will be sent Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Signed service.
- Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed: £12.50 on orders up to 500g
- Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed: £17.50 on orders between 501g and 1kg
- Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed: £22.50 on orders between 1001g and 5kg
If your delivery address is outside of the European Union (EU), you may also be subject to customs charges, import duties and/or taxes. These are levied once the package reaches its destination and can vary from country to country. Any additional charges which may be incurred must be paid for by you – CABE has no control over these fees.
It is our intention that your items reach you in the condition and original packaging in which they were sent, however, please note that international deliveries may be subject to inspection by the relevant customs authority.
Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
If you change your mind about the order, you can notify us of your intention to cancel in writing, either by e-mail or by returning the supplied cancellation form.
You must then return the item(s) to us in an as new, unused condition. You will bear the cost of returning the items and we suggest that you obtain proof of posting when you do so.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notification. No refunds will be made until we acknowledge receipt of the items to the address stated above within this timeframe.
You have an early right to reject goods that are faulty, of an unsatisfactory quality, or not as described and get a full refund (via the original payment method), but this right is limited to 30 days from the date of purchase of your item(s).
You must inform us of your wish to reject the item(s) within 30 days of receipt in writing by either by e-mail or by returning the supplied returns form.
We will require you to return the items to us within 30 days of notifying us of your wish to reject.
In the instance of faulty items, you have the right to a full refund, including the cost of returning the faulty items to us, which will be paid at the lowest costs applicable to the package.
Once we’ve received the returned items, a refund will be credited via the original payment method within 14 days.
Alternatively, we can send you a replacement item. You will need to state your preference on the returns form.
Should you decide to return items to us, they remain your responsibility until they are received at CABE HQ. Therefore, it is your statutory duty to ensure that care is taken of the items and that they do not become damaged whilst in your possession as we reserve the right to inspect all returned goods. In the event that substantial damage has been caused, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange the item(s).
We recommend that you return items to us using a tracked service as we will not accept liability for any deliveries which do not reach us.
Please ensure that your name and address are correct when ordering. CABE does not take any responsibility for items which are returned to us due to the postal service being unable to deliver the items.
The Order Process
Once you have identified the items you wish to purchase, add them to your basket and complete the checkout process.
You will be required to pay using the SagePay form which is a secure payment gateway.
You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from CABE to confirm that your order has been received and another once the order has been processed.
It is our duty, as a supplier, to ensure that all items are dispatched in a timely manner to meet with the timescales above, that they are of a satisfactory quality and that they are packaged suitably.
All stock items are subject to availability. The CABE reserves the right to substitute items of a similar style and quality if the ordered item becomes unavailable.
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, and terms and conditions of sale at any point. You will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable at the time of purchase.
